Refunds
Unused vouchers are refunded in full on request before use. Expired unused vouchers are refunded automatically. After use, refunds are reviewed by support. Refund requests in the app are coming in the next release; until then contact support with your order number.

Purchase terms (purchase-terms-v1, test)
You buy the specific package or single-use credit described on the offer page, valid at the named venue during the stated hours until the expiry date. One voucher per bill. Extras and tips are paid to the restaurant. No table is guaranteed unless booked. Prices include tax and service for the included items. Independent BaliCoupon partners may receive a fixed reward for your first purchase; prices are identical for everyone.
